Hotel Alfonso XIII

Hotel Alfonso XIII, vlakbij de Kathedraal en het Koninklijk Paleis Alcázar, is onlangs ingrijpend gerenoveerd. Het resultaat is indrukwekkend. In het hart ligt een van de mooiste patio’s van Sevilla, waar je ook als niet-gast welkom bent voor een glas wijn of een afternoon tea. Datzelfde geldt voor de  American Bar, in Art Deco stijl uit de jaren twintig, de Bodega en het terras buiten. In de stijlvolle kamers en suites hangen zwart-wit portretten uit de tijd van Koning Alfonso XIII, die hotel in 1928 liet bouwen om vooraanstaande gasten onder te brengen.

Hotel Alfonso XIII, near the Cathedral and the Royal Palace Alcázar , has recently been completely renovated. The result is impressive. The hotel has one of the most beautiful patios of Seville, where you are welcome to drink a glass of wine or enjoy an afternoon tea. Also the American Bar, in Art Deco style of the twenties, the Bodega and the terrace outside are welcoming guests from outside the hotel. The stylish rooms and suites are decorated with black and white portraits from the period of King Alfonso XIII, who built the hotel in 1928 to accommodate his distinguished guests.
